Mobile Compactor is just the perfect solution that provides maximum space utilization to the end-user. Compactors are specially engineered to meet the exact requirement of the end-user in most economic way. Our Knock-down type system is installed/re-installed in an easier way and it's based on sophisticated wheel & rail construction that increases its life-span. Each unit is given an individual locking system and when fully compacted, entire system can ultimately locked with single locking operation.
Features:
- Base Frame: Made with 10/12 SWG sheet with base wheels Fabricated from solid round with groove for shelf alignment to prevent derailment of the unit.
- Clips: Bootless Electroplated Clips are used for resting of storage panels for easy fixing & adjustment of loading level
- Locking: System will be provided with individual rack locking as well as centralized locking arrangement on the last unit when all units are brought together, central lock when operated gets locked with the floor & does not allow access to the unit.
- Indexing: Acrylic card holders (02 Nos.) provided on the front panel for easy identification & retrieval
- Drive: The drive assembly consists of Polyurethane Steering Wheel mounted on double ball bearings assembly along with combination of gear ratio for free movement
- Track: The mobile rack will move on two nos. tracks consisting of 20mm round mounted with locking assembly, which can lock the unit while working.
